We deliver Monday– Saturday every week. If you place your order before 12 pm we can usually process and deliver your box to you within 24 hours or your preferred day.
What is the delivery charge?
Delivery costs $8, Monday - Friday, or is free for orders over $50. Saturday delivery is $10. Click and collect is free.
Do I have to be home when you deliver?
No, when you go through the checkout there is a designated box to write any delivery notes. On the morning of your delivery date, we will send you a text message or email, whichever you prefer with an hourly time slot for delivery so you know when to expect your delivery. They can deliver without contact if you are self-isolating.
Is there a minimum order value?
We have a minimum order of $50.
Who can use click-and-collect?
For anyone around Zimbabwe, we're pleased to offer a Click-and-Collect service. We've partnered with Gain Wholesalers and this service is available at any of their 60+ branches.
How does it work?
Take a leisurely browse around our website from the comfort of your own home and add the products that take your fancy to your basket. When you're ready you can checkout. Our minimum order for Click-and-Collect is $20.
Where can I collect?
Just fill in your details and select the city and branch you'd like to collect your order - you can collect your box Monday to Saturday, 9 am-4 pm.
When you come to collect your order, bring your ID and order reference number.
